I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice remodel, but the location in Koreatown was not what I expected, with rough surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, but there were some issues with the AC. The dining options were so-so, similar to other hotels, but lacked some basics. Overall, it was a convenient stay but with some drawbacks to consider.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one overall. The rooms were super modern and almost like brand new, providing a clean and comfortable space perfect for our short stay. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being very welcoming and attentive, while others were not as accommodating when it came to fixing issues like the AC. The location, though not what I expected from the booking website, turned out to be pretty good despite the presence of homeless individuals.
